You are eligible to apply if you meet the following criteria:
- You chose Federal Polytechnic Offa as your first choice of institution during the 2025/2026 UTME.
- You scored a minimum of 100 in the UTME as approved by JAMB.
- You have five (5) relevant O’level credits in not more than two (2) sittings, as stated in the JAMB brochure.
- You must have uploaded your O’level results on JAMB CAPS through a certified CBT Center.

How to Apply: Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps carefully to complete your online Fedpoffa admission screening:
- Log on to the Polytechnic Portal at www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng.
- Make an online payment of ₦2,000 using an ATM card.
- Fill in your details on the security form.
- Upload your O’level results and any other required credentials.
- Print out your security form and post-screening slip.
- Submit the printed security form in person at the security office on the main campus along Ojoku road in Offa, Kwara State.
- Ensure your name is written in full, with your surname first, exactly as it appears on your JAMB result slip and O’level results.
- You must have a personal, active email address.
Important Information & Closing Date
The online portal for the Fedpoffa Admission screening exercise will be open for a period of four (4) weeks from the date of the official advertisement. Any false claims or failure to comply with the above procedures will lead to immediate disqualification.
